I see most of us pick Hinduism, me too! Hinduism is a great religion once you understand it (speaking mainly to my Western upbringing). I actually love all religions but know less about some. Wicca is also awesome, got a few friends who tried it and one or two who actually live by it. I don't know much about Taoism (despite having a Christian/Taoist friend) and Shintoism except for the basics.

Daoism. Unless it's Monday. If it's Monday, Shinto

Lol what's the thing with Daoism and Mondays?

Probably Taosim because it's more a way of life than a religion. Taoism can be religious with some ritual, but it need not be religious.
Not Shinto because it's very much bound to Japanese culture and somewhat ritualistic.
Not Hinduism because it's very much bound to Indian culture

Isn't Taoism very much bound to Chinese culture?

Mind to explain or expand a bit? (Maybe in a private message as we're going off topic now)

I think it's on-topic here.

Religious Daoism is the Daoist philosophy mixed in with a huge variety of rituals and folk religious beliefs, which are to the Han Chinese much as Shinto is to the Japanese. This mixture of folk beliefs is generally referred to as Shenism, or simply as Chinese folk religion.

Philosophical Daoism is without all these trappings, without all the deities and the rituals. It's just based around the mystical and philosophical teachings found in the Daodejing/Tao Te Ching and the Zhuangzi. It constitutes ideas such as the Dao (permanent unchanging substrate to all reality - existence itself, in my interpretation)), De (its active component), We-wei (action through inaction), ziran (naturalness) and the Three Treasures (compassion, moderation, humility).

Daoism has enough similarities to Buddhism that it would be familiar, though Buddhism goes further. Also, I practice Taiji, so that would be complementary.

Shinto is probably my choice...i have a great deal of interest in Japanese stuff in any case, and I find Shinto's ability to mix with other religions interesting.

If anything, I'm stuck between Hinduism and Wicca. Both are rather flexible religions. Though, I lean more towards Hinduism, my being partial to Indian culture.
