I must be one stubborn ******* given that my views towards religions and religious beliefs hasn't altered much over my lifetime (especially whilst here on RF), and mostly being sculptured from my thinking and any suitable information that has crossed my path. But the many here often do tend to support the views I have towards their particular religious beliefs. So, thanks for that.

Overall, haven't changed but @metis has made me review the death penalty - at least question my position.

It also made me change my view of Metis :D:cool: That scoundrel! :D

Happy, blessed and God-filled New Year to you, Metis, and all.
And much the same to you & yours, my friend, plus to all others reading this.

Question Everything
I have done a 180, from Mormon to not affiliated/naturalist/humanist.

Changed because of child abuse in the Mormon church (perpetuated by leaders). Here, anywhere, you can find others to support your beliefs. It takes extreme experiences for anyone to change I suppose.

RF is my goto when I need to talk through ideas without upsetting anyone. Thanks RF!

I wake up everyday, look in the mirror and say that very same thing. Then, on my way to work, I wreck my car in the same place, the same way...
every...
single...
day. :emojconfused:

But who can question me!?
Pedestrians and bicyclists.

I have to say, my opinions on religious matters has not changed at all, BUT, now that I have a place to understand and define my ideas better, I've grown spiritually because of it. This place kind of feels like a religious sandbox where I'm able to test new thoughts and ideas and slowly create the perfect spiritual sand castle that I've imagined in my head.

How about your opinion? Has it changed since you've come across this website? Has anyone's beliefs just resonated with you and you changed your spiritual or theological discourse because of it? Or maybe you have changed your opinion since you came here, but it wasn't because of this website?

Let us know what you think below. :)

There wasn’t an option to say that my beliefs haven’t changed but I’ve learned much more about them by visiting RF. Much of what I believe can always be understood deeper and clearer. And so many people here have enabled me to grow and learn more about them, about myself and life and where I’m lacking and need to improve.
