Contradiction, irrationality and disorder
I loathe "contemporary christian worship music", which usually sounds like a bad rip-off of U2 (who I don't like either)


There are plenty of great Christian artists and bands however.

I grew up with the band Petra (before I started my own music path), as my parents where fans of them:


One of my favorites in the slightly more evangelical category is prog rocker Neil Morse, great album about a man's contemplation and struggles trying to understand G-d (hence, Question Mark):



As a fan of classical music (especially contemporary stuff) there are plenty of great masses, oratorios and operas written on Biblical subjects, one of my favorites:
