Is that wink a joke or somethingHey Mike, great to see you again
LOL.Is that wink a joke or something
Just kidding... Thanks...
No, im an archaeologist. but after an Israeli combat soldier finishes his regular service, the army still uses him in reserve duties. its sort of a deal for life...Are you still in the military?
Good to see you, Caladan! Guys in uniform rock. How heavy is all the stuff you carry on your back and chest? That seems like a workout all by itself.
I have a recent shot of me baking somewhere ~ not nearly as cool as your photo, but it is me in my natural habitat.
Bakers don't need weapons to be coolBakers are definitely cool. The photo, however, is not. Taken with a regular camera, major flash, scanned, no uniform, no weapon, no jeep, no makeup :cover:. I am making baby vegan doughnuts though, and really...that's what matters.

I appreciate your kindness. However, don't think for one minute I don't carefully review a photo before posting it. Here's me going through potential pictures:obviously you don't need any extra to look good

"I look dead."
"Eyes half closed...lovely"

"My butt looks HUGE! Who took this?!"
It's a process.
LOL. one thing I learnt from my service is that after the first 50 miles it doesnt matter the weight you carry, you just start appreciating the little things like the breeze and water, your feet start to do the work for you, and you enjoy the landscape.Good to see you, Caladan! *lays on the breaks* 50 miles?! Oh holy cheese, I run 3 miles and I'm all proud of myself. I can't imagine hiking 50 with all that stuff on me. I'm impressed!LOL. one thing I learnt from my service is that after the first 50 miles...

Not often enough. Only one to two times a week, and sometimes it wouldn't even be called running. More like..."shuffling" 3 miles. You run? that's great. how often?
