Myself and the hubs - it's one of the most recent ones I have of myself, lol. I'm usually the one taking pictures of everyone else, so pictures of just me don't happen often.

*gasp*

Where was this may I ask? That's just incredible.

That photo was taken in Heritage Grove, very near Portola State Forest. It's 15 miles from Palo Alto, which is about 30 miles south of San Francisco. It really is one of the most beautiful places on earth! :cloud9:

Haha, awww, well thank you!

I'm going to have to take the time to go through all of the old posts to start to put faces with all the names around here. I have a feeling that's going to take a while, lol. I'm looking forward to "meeting" everyone though! :)

ETA - those pictures you posted are just incredible. :)

You two make a cute couple. I like your husbands chin-beard. Reminds me of my friend Eyjólfur. :rainbow1:

Haha! Well my goal is to be able to visit you guys before or immediately after I am done with college. Maybe during a summer break or something. I need to save up some monies first!

Stunning! That's what my first views of California looked like; I am still amazed at the stark line that seemed to be drawn between Nevada and California to delineate the border. It's kind of like Colorado's gorgeousness continues in the western part of California, with a whole ****load of desolation and sand in between. :areyoucra
