Check your computer for any abnormal or background processes.
Make sure you're not using a wireless keyboard one mile away from the receiver.
If it's after quoting someone, wait for the quote to show in the box, then bash the keyboard buttons as you wish.

I use Windows 10
but the site is responding erratically
posting is increasingly difficult
as if the cursor cannot keep pace
then the hour glass blinks
a tone is sounded
and the cursor disappears
only this site misbehaves

likely the same item that turns our postings into links
the program that does so is examining every key stroke
this may render the site disfuntional

Or simply try another browser. The cache could be filled with bugs. I use Firefox on Windows 10 and it works perfectly... most of the time.
Well doggone it, I am at the library now and everything is fine on their computer. When I get home I'll check if the problem remains and if it does I'll be wondering if I got some virus

when browsing other sites....
the scroll works without hesitation .....no gray sections waiting to fill in
typing is not lagging behind .....on other sites
I do not believe it's my computer
it's all the advertising, attempting to monitor the keystrokes
Actually switching from Microsoft Explorer to Google may have fixed the problem with RF for me.

First delete your Browser history and see If that makes your RF issues better
IE 11 is not good, and the new system "Edge" is worse. Try running Google Chrome or FireFox and see if things get better
Are you running a security system, if so update it and scan your PC

My computer at home has become pretty much unusable for entering replies. I might try some of your recommendations.
I was wondering; I am at a library computer now and it works great; could my issue at home have anything to do with the fact that I am a heavy non-paying user on my home device and the system keeps adding more and more bloatware on me until I am below a crawl?? Chunks are going gray with the cursor wheel spinning on the screen.
Could becoming a paying member be my best solution?
