Praying / Meditating - I've found my daily practice

Finally I've learnt how to pray daily in a fashion that properly fits me.
In the very early morning I go here and walk. I am awed by the Theophany.
Alone with the sea birds, the wind, the sky, the high mountains and the wild Atlantic. Moving through and wondering at the magnificance of nature is the highest form of being and praise to which I aspire.

With all that said were does that get you, you'll who testify this artful ode to nature. How does that in consequential reaction change the nature of that you pray for.

I may not agree with you but it seems like this prayer has health benefits, what with the sea air and whatnot. Do you still do this?

I can relate, and I think it applies to many of us. It's the removal of distractions, allowing you to focus. I can sit at the beachfront, winter or summer (preferably summer :D), and lose myself in thought, or prayer, if you will. A park, nature trail, the beach, all will do wonders. I must take my own advice and do it more often.

In all you have found it is a world of great reflection and inner peace!
I tend to smile upon the sunrise and sunset.
Too far removed from the beach to include it.
Meditation is wonderful to reflect and pray!
