Yeah, I can see what you mean. Is it not possible to be able to control yourself, can there not be people who control themselves?

I can get whatcha mean, but I do not see having sex without the element of love can pull one closer to maya, and cause adharma.

I am just a teenager, so it is in me to be absolutely horny as ****.

In terms of control, there are tons of people who can control the physical behaviors however very very very few can actually control the mind when such desires are present.

It can pull you more into maya because you are acting strictly out of biological drives instead of acting on a spiritual platform. Also when engaging in such activities solely because of desire we are looking for fulfill only our own physical wants and nothing more. Think about it too, sex without love can lead to a ton of problems. if you don't love the person, then maybe you don't communicate properly and disease ensues; or pregnancy and abortion is a sin with very heavy karma. Or you don't love this person but maybe they really love you and become emotionally attached from the sexual activity then you break their heart- doesn't seem really fair. I'm not saying you have to wait till you're married (although many will suggest it and it would be the proper way) but I am encouraging you to wait until you have a solid relationship with someone.

Once you get out of your teens some of the desire will curb too as the hormones slow down.

Premarital sex is condemned for a few reasons, one is that the scriptures say that sex should only be according to religious principals (dharma) which is for propagation of children which is a marital act.

So to Don Penguinoini premarital sex is adharma and being a material desire will not be satisfied after just once.

It is explained that it is like an itch you scratch it once and feel some pleasure, so you scratch again and again. You continue to scratch until you draw blood.

If you just learn to tolerate the itching you will avoid so much pain.

Followers of the PATH/WAY are concerned about merging with the universal/god/whole and it is only for them that if the indulge in sex for reasons other than meditation/merger then their mind s will be occupied with unnecessary thoughts when meditation is all about freeing the mind of all THOUGHTS.

The choice is always individual,.
