President Kamala Harris

We Never Know

No Slack
How many here would want Kamala Harris to be the president?

Old Joe will be 82 in 2024. If he wins in 2024 and kicks the bucket in 2025, Kamala becomes the sitting president for the remainder of the term.

I predict the #1 answer will be "better than Trump" and will not actually answer the OP question.

I don't see how she would meaningfully be different than Joe. Perhaps slightly more progressive but not by enough that has me excited. I mean far more than any republican candidate that is for sure.

I think she would be an excellent President.

It is my understanding that if Joe can hold in for a couple years Harris could be President for 10 years.

She's bright but brash, and especially many conservatives don't want an outspoken woman for president. I think she'd likely be fine and have no reason to suspect otherwise. Hey, Nany Reagan for all purposes was president during Ronnie's 2nd term.

I don't want Harris, Trump, Biden, or DeSantis to be Prez.
But when it comes time to vote, I'll consider the lesser of 2 weevils evils.

And her record as a prosecutor shows that
she has fascist leanings, eg, opposing DNA
testing that could exculpate convicted people,
withholding exculpatory evidence.
I'd rather have a civil libertarian as Prez, not
another crooked lawyer who sees civilians as
the enemy.

Edit....
Per claims by NPR, I'm obviously
both a racist & a misogynist.

Have an example of "incoherent?"

They say Biden is incoherent too, just not seeing it. Methinks many cherry-pick and ignore the rest..
This is from a couple days ago during 'take your child to work day' at the white house. No teleprompter either.
Out of 25 minutes, can you find 10 seconds?

Suit yourself. It's not my country.

I do wonder how many people think Marjorie Taylor Greene would make a good President, if Trump was unable to serve a full four years.

But I suppose that is a question for a later date.

Well if Joe can do it, how hard can it be? :D

If Joe wins in 2024 then dies, it wouldn't break my heart to see Kamala become President. Not my first choice in an election, but I wouldn't run around screaming and waving my arms. Right now, and until the Reps get back to some semblance of sanity, any Dem will do.

Really? During the question and answer period a child asked about Biden's grandchildren. He couldn't answer the simple question and admitted he got confused. (Overlooking the fact that he leaves out Hunter Biden's Arkansas daughter.) Then he couldn't even remember the last country he visited. He is reminded by a child that it was Ireland. Remember that he had been in Ireland just the week before. He can't remember his own grandchildren or his official visit to Ireland the week before.

Well, she wouldn't be my first choice, but in such a dismal field of candidates (as it has been since the turn of the century), she might be the least among many evils.
