Being royalty. What did Prince William's daddy do to become famous?
Being royalty.
I agree.That's nothing.
I agree.
But King's daughter is the one
reacting badly in this case.
I'm sure there are other people whose relevanceWell, as I said, she wasn't the only one quoted in the article.
I find it 100% proper myself. It was one European talking to another European. To tie it in with racial issues that were a million miles away from the comment just shows some obsessed politically correct watchdogs that serve no positive purpose.Well, there are certainly other ways one might express sympathy.
That's their idea of a horrific comment? I see no problem with it. We know he meant Europe has been relatively war free since 1945. He wasn't addressing anything else and to find a way to construe it negatively as a comment on anything else is disingenuous.
I'm sure there are other people whose relevance
depends upon taking offense at things others say.
Movie stars, gadflies, race baiters, politicians, &
failures to launch abound.

I don't see this as a case of political correctness. An example of PC might be Coca Cola's (or any other large corporation or establishment institution) diversity training, telling working class whites that they have to "act less white" (among other things). PC is usually practiced from the top down, where elitist whites presume to "educate" and "enlighten" their lower class counterparts. That's what makes PC so offensive and odious, but in this case, we see indications that the elite have the exact same beliefs and perceptions that they attack others for.
Also called being born with a silver spoon.Being royalty.
Do they really believe, or do they feign for gain? It's not so much in what others say. It's the belief that motivates the comment in the first place.
I've nothing against that. Also called being born with a silver spoon.
