Sorry, 4got to say what my post was about - don't these quotes below show that the people writing the bible believed the world to be flat? Also, if the bible says the world is round, why didn't people a thousand years ago believe it? They followed the bible pretty much to the very word, so why therefore did they persecute anyone who said the earth was round and not flat?
Christians a thousand years ago believed the earth was flat, even though they lived their life by the bible. Doesn't this show that the Bible doesn't tell us that the earth is round, but indeed flat if anything?
