Proofs that Islam is true and Christianity is false?

I've also wondered why Judaism isn't a choice. I mean, if what I heard/read is correct, Jesus doesn't fit the description of messiah thus it renders Christianity and Islam invalid. If Jesus isn't the messiah and Christianity and Islam say it is then it is a contradiction... They can't both be right!

Btw, I'm not a Jew so I might be totally wrong on this and I just want to bring Judaism into the picture since it has a valid point too. Plus it makes for a more interesting thread. :D

He is only messiah in christianity

It doesn't rule out Islam as they claim he was merely a prophet and not a messiah as Christians claim.

"(And remember) when the angels said: O Mary! Lo! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a word from him, whose name is the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, illustrious in the world and the Hereafter, and one of those brought near (unto Allah)." Qur'an 3:45

His hebrew name means massiah... lol and that does not mean he is god or the way into heaven.

As I had posted before... "Islam regards Jesus as the Messiah as stated in the Qur'an but the role and definition of the Messiah in Islam is different. Christians say he was God, some say a God, both say the literal Son of God, and Muslims say he was merely a prophet as recorded also in the Qur'an." Meaning the Messiah's position in Islam is not as the Son of God or God nor a God.

Messiah means the annoinoted one or a Messanic person. Muslims in general belief that Jesus(p) is both, as Christians do. However being a Messiah does not mean your god, a son of god or a incarnation of god. It would be stupid to say that God is the Messiah, its blashemous in Islam and Judaism.
