Update 14th December 2019

Hubby has just had his first blood test following the radiotherapy. Very good results with a very low PSA count. He will be monitored with blood tests every three months for two years. Fingers crossed, if all goes well he will return to 6 monthly checkups.

About four years ago I was diagnosed with prostrate cancer. It was discovered when my PSA test came back after a bout with a lung issue. I had radiation treatments for a few months and am now completely clean. In all, the treatments were easy-peasy, although it was a bit difficult not to urinate with a full bladder during the actual treatment. I even got a silly diploma afterward. Still can't quite figure that one out.
