It's just like choosing to open and respond to this thread: either go see them, or don't.

A Crystal Psychic is in our neighbourhood mall, what should I do?
Personally, I would do nothing unless said psychic addressed me first.
If anyone asked me about the psychic, I would give my honest opinion, but I doubt that I would be pro-active against the psychic unless it was my wife or child(ren) who wanted to go in there.

A lot of psychics bill themselves as "for entertainment purposes only", but in the case of those that don't, their actions can often be criminal:

365. Every one who fraudulently
(a) pretends to exercise or to use any kind of witchcraft, sorcery, enchantment or conjuration,
(b) undertakes, for a consideration, to tell fortunes, or
(c) pretends from his skill in or knowledge of an occult or crafty science to discover where or in what manner anything that is supposed to have been stolen or lost may be found,
is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.

You can try reporting her to the police, but I doubt they'd prioritize it very highly.

Point and laugh, comes to mind. :D
Yeah... ridicule would probably be appropriate.

Either that or get a kiosk in the mall right in front of her location so you can sell Q-Ray bracelets to the people coming out. Basically, she'd have done all the hard work of attracting and screening out all the gullible people for you: in effect, she'd be doing your sales prospecting for you. :D

If I were you, I would go get a readinng. And during the reading, I would insistently ask light personal questions about her with a sincere demeanor. "Where are you from?" Do you like baseball" "How did you first know you were psychic?" "Is there a way I can get into this profession?" "Do you need an assistant" etc.

You know this is true.
This is exactly what Priests and Pastors of churches do,
just under a different "veneer".
and with a different asthetic.

Crosses instead of Crystals.

Better to present yourSelf as a "Reader".

You simply Read the Cards, or the Leaves, or the Lines, or the Ruins, or whatever.

You are simply telling them what the Cards/Leaves/Lines etc... are 'saying',
while YOU yourSelf are not personally "saying" anything.

If the person/client finds anything of truth in the reading,
or experiences some kind of personal revelation from the reading,
then fine. That part is up to them.
If the client finds the reading entertaining, then fine.
There is also value in entertainment.
Sometimes even deeper, unexpected value.

lol. Christian Pastors are "Readers".

They "read" 'the Bible', as their chosen "medium".
They interpret what they read for their
(paying) congregations.

They tout that "the Bible" "reveals the truth",
to those who read it
with eyes that see.

Yet still, the ones who make a good living off it,
would rather that you remain dependent on THEM,
to do your own "Life Readings" FOR you.

I read Tarot Cards, and Life Signs.

The second, I read only for my Own Self.
And even Tarot Cards I only read very occasionally
for someone else.

EDIT: If I did ever decide to Read for a clientele
I would handle it just as I said in the post up above this one.

The Cards themSelves tell the/a Story.
I simply Read it.
You get out of it, whatever it is you get out of it.
