"Push Your Children Against The Wall To Teach Them That Rights Come From God"

" Teach 'em a lesson. Push 'em so that they cry and hurt their feelings. Push 'em."

"On his radio program yesterday, Glenn Beck grew increasingly agitated as he fumed over people who insist that they have fundamental rights but don't realize that such rights come from God.

Warning that if people don't forcefully assert that their rights come from God, then the government can take them away, Beck explained that the Founding Fathers created the Bill of Rights in order to prevent the government from ever infringing on the God-given inalienable rights of the citizens.

Somehow this all culminated in Beck telling his listeners to ask their children where they think their rights come from and "challenge them, get in their face" and "teach them a lesson; push 'em!"

Nothing like using a little violence now and then to get the message of Christianity across.

Then there's this unnecessary slam at girls. "Push them so they don't run around like little girls crying at the drop of a hat." :slap:

Seems Beck has some real anger/violence issues, among other things.

Sounds like Beck is a very frightened individual who has a hard time dealing with his inner emotional pain and turmoil. He'd probably be well-served in getting some therapy.

I can't say i agree with him. Furthermore, I don't see much of a christian message? This is not the Bibles view on raising children. I agree with you on the anger/violence issue though.

Well with friends like that neither us Zionists nor the Mormons need enemies.

Even better, he should come here where people talk back.

But he'd run away crying like a little girl, I'm pretty sure.

I don't think Glenn Beck is evil or anything, but the man is paranoid. I know this because I've listened to him on more than one occasion.

How much evil is evil enough to be evil? I would not want someone with such a discourse anywhere near children of my own.

When someones paranoia (he is a CT'er that has been proven wrong on multitude of occasions, no Alex Jones but he's trying) actually makes HIM as an authority figure which he is makes statements like these then i do believe he has to be extremely careful on what he says.

And no, i don't believe he's an actual Zionist or Mormon, i believe he's an evil man that will do almost anything for money and fame.

Paranoid people can become very dangerous, but I think he has good intentions- which reminds me of the quote: "The path to hell is paved with good intentions"

For now, I will give him the benefit of the doubt. That could change in time.

Good intentions per his own mind perhaps but this does not help when the good intentions come from the mind of a maniac.

Mr Beck needs to come out of the closet soon. He and Bachman's hubby would make an interesting couple.

Been going on for a LONG time, my patience ran out about a decade ago.

Last time around was when he had "damning proof" and yes, not evidence, actual proof, he then didn't present them and continued on his merry way and his supporters didn't care because if they are Tea Partiers and he's Tea Partier then truth doesn't matter anymore.

Mainly it just comes down to hating Obama and people will agree on anything. That kind of unambiguous praise for someone who happens to agree with their political ideology sickens me.

Yeah, I can attest to that. People with good intentions can be the most utterly evil.

In a twisted mind, the intentions become rather twisted as well. I am more afraid of paranoia than I am outright wickedness. I think more harm was done out paranoia than almost anything else.

For example, weren't the Salem Witch Trials born out of paranoia? All those religious leaders like David Koresh, Jim Jones, etc. were all paranoid, as well.
