Queen says Chinese officials were 'very rude' during Xi Jinping's state visit

The “golden era” of UK-China relations appears to have lost some of its glitter after the Queen accused Chinese officials of being “very rude” to the British ambassador during President Xi Jinping’s first state visit to Britain last year.

During a garden party at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday, a pool cameraman working on behalf of British broadcasters filmed her discussing Xi’s trip with Metropolitan police commander Lucy D’Orsi.

Having lived around Chinese and being of partial Chinese descent myself I have experienced Chinese rudeness firsthand. Many Chinese are arrogant, rude, and immensely racist.

The fact that they now have some more money than before can't change that.

Excuse me, I'm going to need a few minutes to myself. Gold like that normally doesn't present itself so clearly and openly, so forgive my fawning response, but that is beautiful. A work of ****ing art. Just, so perfect. So good.

They are definitely racist. In China, Japan or Korea if you are not a native born citizen you are discriminated against heavily.

Even if you're a native-born citizen, but you don't have the East Asian "look" you are discriminated against heavily.

I know people who have lived in Japan for three generations and who are still called "foreigners" while Japanese Americans who go back to visit theri fourth cousins twice removed are considered "Japanese".

Yes, very true.

In my experience East Asians rank among the most racist people on the planet. Sure in the West you have neo-Nazis and the KKK and South African whites have the AWB, but those are considered extreme views. In Asia, those views are considered the norm.

Correct again. I spent 3 years in Korea in the Army.

Seems like every culture on the planet has its own variation of, "we are kings and queen of this planet. For sure, we were once THE kings and queens of the planet. And for that reason, you should now be treating us that way, cause in reality, we are."

Along with a dash of, "and if we come to your lands, you better treat us like royalty. Given your savage ways, you ought to feel blessed to have us in your presence. Our ways could elevate your society into something much better than it is today."

Koreans I knew said that one day all the Asian peoples of the Earth will rise up together and take over the world because they are the superior race. I kid you not.

When I lived in China, I was walking with a black friend and a truck driver literally tried to run him over.

I currently live in Taiwan and I'm constantly harassed not even because I'm non-Asian but because I believe that they should be treated equally. I've had my e-mails and FB hacked, people set fire to my apartment, been evicted and had all my belongings thrown out on the street, and been fired from jobs simply because of my pro-egalitarian views.

I believe you. Some Koreans told me they value black people the same as dogs. They are terrible over there.

And hypocritical. When they come over to the west they always kick up a fuss about not getting what they want. The whole nonsense about "not enough Asians are getting into Harvard" is one example, which is bull**** anyways because they're like 2% of the population but 20% of the Ivy league even though East Asians have the lowest SAT scores of any race unless of course they cheat/bribe their way in.

Another example was when a Chinese police officer murdered an unarmed black man and the Chinese fifth-columnists rioted to defend the cop's right to murder yet when an African-American police officer who was racing to an emergency accidentally hit an Asian guy who was jaywalking the African-American officer had to go to jail.

They are definitely one-sided.

Among my Chinese in-laws (Americastanian citizens living here since the '40s),
the term they used for Americans was "waiguo ren".....which means foreigner.
No malice intended by this....but they had their prejudices.

In Asia "waiguo ren" and its Japanese and Korean counter parts "gaijin" and "waegouk in" are intended with malice because essentially they are an attempt to separate supposed "outsiders" from the power of the dominant majority.

As such although I'm Asian myself I would say that such words are in fact racial slurs in the context of Asian society.

Because of their over-representation in some universities, Asians have
had a problem with affirmative action discriminating against them.
But of those I know (Chinese), they're loath to complain about it.

And that is why their position is precisely illogical. If they are being overrepresented then affirmative action SHOULD be working against them to bring their numbers down. If we assume that talent is equally distributed among the races, then Harvard should be about 2% Asian at most. The fact is that under the current system, Asian success is coming at the expense of African-Americans and Hispanic Americans who in the long run are more talented, have more holistic personality, and who can contribute to society more .

Also, they are overrepresented NOT because they are more intelligent or harder working (as is the case with Jewish-Americans) but because they are simply better at cheating or bribing their way in. Even those who get in through academic achievements tend to be nearly autistic and robotic, almost soulless automatons, with no personality or sense of humour whatsoever.

But back to the issue of Chinese rudeness, if you ever walk into a public bathroom and see a big steaming pile of doo-doo on the floors or the sinks, you can be assured a Chinese tour group just came through. They will squat over the sinks and poop in full view of everyone.

When a group of Chinese tourists surrounds you, your shoes and clothes are ruined. They're constantly shorting and spitting and hacking. I seriously MUST shower after.
