If astral projection and lucid dreaming are so important to God.Why isn't there any instructions on how to do it in the bible?

Where is the evidence that it is important to God?
I did happen to come across some evidence that “love” is pretty important to God, but many people did not get the message.

If astral projection and lucid dreaming are so important to God.Why isn't there any instructions on how to do it in the bible?
Because they aren't important to the Gods. They're important and useful for the practitioner.
The Gods/God could care less.
I taught myself to lucid dream. You can too.

I've had lucid dreams that were very prescient, and did involve astral activity, but I did not try.
Damn, I thought there would be instructions. That's what I get for not pre-reading my own link.
The best tips I know are to start by journaling your dreams as you wake up from them regardless of the time, keep a notebook by the bedside. Then as you begin to know your dreaming attempt to steer it's outcome/process. I can do it pretty regularly. Even then though, my mind has other plans for me.
Most dreams I remember are nightmares.
Not sure if it's ever involved astral projection per say, that's usually been while awake.

First, you keep tying them together and that's a mistake - they are separate things. Lucid dreaming is relatively common - many people have had them. There's nothing special about them. The internet is full of howto web pages. If you really want to try it, search the internet, find a page and see what happens.
Astral travel is another thing. Playing with the astral is not something that religions advocate if they even mention it so unimportant it is in the greater scheme of things.

So how do you astral travel when you're awake?
Couldn't tell you. All the OBEs I've had were involuntary. But I would say certain forms of stillness meditation could be involved.

What about channeling, when Jesus said he did not speak from his own opinion, but said what the Father told him to say, the Father and I are one said Jesus, does that not mean he was channeling God? Human only the first advice.
If a human by want changes by practice a mind state then practice to alter the mind state is human first. I choose to apply change.
Then some humans say I never chose it. To live changed.
That's right. Your science brother had however chosen it already for you.
He changed the atmosphere by unnatural causes. So your brain mind was naturally not naturally changed.
Owning no status except science had caused it.
So when you say I can do something by consensus different to everyone it is because natural had changed unnaturally affecting natural.
As a real reason virtually we should all be the same and if we still were we would not own an ego problem.
