The Scriptures indicate that the creature known as Satan did not always have that name. Rather, this descriptive name was given to him because of his taking a course of opposition and resistance to God. the one becoming Satan was, when created, a perfect, righteous creature of God. Jesus said of him: “That one was a manslayer when he began, and he did not stand fast in the truth, because truth is not in him.”Why did satan rebel? But micheal and all the other good angels didn't?
Jesus said of him: “That one was a manslayer when he began, and he did not stand fast in the truth, because truth is not in him.” Jesus is referencing Abraham and his sons that kill people for not believing their talking snake story and bloodline covenant lie. The Hebrew bloodline of Abraham ended with the death of Saul and his sons. David grafted himself in and Jews accepted it but it is not a bloodline rule even though they steadfastly say they vow to the covenant bloodline throne of rule of Abraham. The Scriptures indicate that the creature known as Satan did not always have that name. The religious system is based on lies, deception and murder. Jesus said Abraham never spoke with God. Jesus hears the voice of God, this Abraham did not do. Abraham rejoiced in the day his followers called sons acting like Gods with the right to kill innocent people, killed Jesus for blasphemy for speaking against Abraham.
Satan represents anyone that supports Abraham willing to kill people over their religious beliefs. Just like anyone can be an Antichrist, anyone can be a Satan.
There is no debate to truth, it is the answer to the question about Jesus and angels and Satan.this is not the debate thread its 'Religions Q&A'

In brief, Satan would not prostrate to Adam as God commanded. Satan's argument was that the angels were created from pure divinity, whereas Adam was made from dust. Satan demanded an opportunity to show the supremacy of the angels over Adam. God granted the request; when Adam succeeded instead of Satan in God's test, Satan maintained his claim of supremacy. This resulted in Satan's fall along with the horde who followed him.
You are assuming that Satan is a fallen angel. This is based on Christian theology from the book of revelation. But it is not in the Tanakh (OT). In the Tanakh, angels do not have free will, and so they do not rebel. The word that is translated as angel, Malakh, simply means messenger. They are God's messengers. So the answer to your question from a Jewish standpoint is simply, it never happened. Why did satan rebel? But micheal and all the other good angels didn't?
