Question about the Rapture.

I have read that according to Islam one wouldn't care if his/her beloved ones are in hell and the person is in paradise. That's why it is paradise!

Yeah it is such a huge crime for a human being not to believe in a particular God even though it doesn't affect Him in any manner, even in vice-versa. I can't figure out why theists think that disbelief in a particular Deity makes one a bad individual, and so deserves hell?

Oh, but he does affect him. And I mean the theist, not God. The existence of atheists opens up the possibility that theists might be wrong, especially if said atheists look like normal or successfull people.

Believing that they will go hell exorcizes this thought. It is yet another theistic form of delusion that what they believe will cash out, after all.

For, without believing that atheists will go to hell, what justification is there to believe in a god?

He cares for those who want to be with Him for eternity.

Everyone has a choice. This seems to be a choice that billions of people turn a blind eye too.
Right. So he only cares about people who already believe in him and worship him.

I'm not turning a blind eye out of choice. I have to be convinced that a god exists, there isn't a switch in my brain that I can just flip to believe something that I don't.

Everyone is born with the sin chromosome active. This is how everyone is born a sinner and out of the Book of Life.
Really, there is a chromosome for that? Source?

Yahushua will make sure that every sinner is shown the truth before they die in some way or another.
Does that mean every single person goes to heaven? If he is god and he shows everyone the truth I think he would be capable of showing them in a way that convinces them he is real.

and we all know what happens to him and the elite on Judgment Day.
No we don't. We know what some people believe will happen on "judgment day"

Charles Darwin was not an atheist.

Nope. He sure wasn't.

Yahushua cares for everyone who repents and ask for His forgiveness for their sins.

1) Naive and ignorant people have no concern at being saved.
2) ? Please explain. No one is leaving this world unless they are true Christians and die.
3) Lol. Do a Google search for famous quotes from famous atheists that they spoke just before they died. Charles Darwin and Josef Stalin is in the list. They all found out that Heaven and Hell exist when it was too late.

Stalin wasn't an atheist either.

Nice try though!

You do realize there were times in history when Atheism was unheard of? How do you justify your comments now, Since apparently my faith hinges on my belief that Atheists will go to hell?

Jesus said that His followers would be persecuted in the End of Days and look at the Christians getting their heads cut off in Syria, Nigeria and other muslim nations.

Middle east governments are allowing law abiding tax-payers to get murdered. How bizarre is that ? Who pays their wages ? Answer tax-payers.

During the past 12 months there was a 3 hour session on the Hagmann & Hagmann talk show radio show where paster David Langford mentioned that there is a chromosome in everyones dna called sin.

At birth, this chromosome is active and explains why everyone is born a sinner and their name is not in the Book of Life.

When a sinner repents in the name of Jesus Christ this chromosome is deactivated and their name is written into the Book of Life.

i thought, 'what the !!!. Is this true?'. So i asked my angel contact is this correct and he said yes.

The interesting side of this is that i learnt this fact from a mortal first, a Christian; Paster Langford.

They stay in this athiest hell-hole of a planet dropping bombs on each other 24/7 for ever more.

BTW - there is no rapture. Christians are going to have to endure the 7 Year Tribulation along with everyone else. This way, the atheist family members will have guidance back to Heaven for free.

I would imagine the world would just become like Sweden if the rapture took all the religious away. Sweden isn't that bad of a place, the world may actually finally have peace.

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever read. There is no genetic cause behind behaviour.

One thing that is sure, according to the Islamic belief is that - there will be no grief in Paradise. May be your memory of the atheist family members in Hell will be wiped off or something - don't know exactly how - only God knows.

That sounds an awful lot like brainwashing to me.

Let me ask another question: Would you want the memory of your loved ones erased for you?

The scenario:

You are a christian when the rapture happens. Your family, however, are atheists. You know you're going to heaven.

But what about your family? what happens to them?

Is the rapture even real???

I would seriously question the legitimacy of the teaching itself.

I thought so too, until I saw his follow up explaining his reason for believing it.

Yes, it's very interesting that you heard this nonsense from a person on a radio talk show and believed it without rational justification. Actually, it's not that interesting. It's just kinda sad.

When was Atheism unheard of?

Would LOVE to see a source for this...

Ah but did you go (mysteriously) blind when reading the sentences concerning staunch atheists ?

http://www.pdegraaf.com/articles/last_words.pdf

Sir Julian Huxley, English evolutionist, biologist and staunch atheist, on his deathbed: “So it is true after all, so it is true after all.”

No but two of the examples listed (Darwin, Stalin) weren't actually atheists...

And I don't see what Huxley's last words have to do with anything?

i bet the ignorant men said exactly the same thing before man invented aeroplanes.

What was it that they said again ?

Oh yes, 'If man was destined to fly, then people would be born with wings'.

Its such a relief that mankind has evolved past the old ignorant generation of the 18th century.

There's a difference in genetics and being skeptical.

Not a very strong argument on your end.

According to the current Pope, if your atheist family does good works, they get to go too.

WooHoo!
