Question for Trump fans.

This is the kind of response that blows my mind.

A womanizing, self aggrandizing, egotistical, liar is the best president we've had for a long time? A man who has so far managed to squeak through exactly one bill that addresses his agenda (the tax cuts). Beyond that the only thing he has done is overturn most of Obama's executive orders and added a few besides. He has also managed to, almost single handedly, with a little help from his state department appointee, turn our foreign relations into a global joke. China, Russia and Germany are laughing all the way to the bank.

I mean I can understand someone liking him better than Hillary (well, I can't but it's at least fathomable) but 'best in a long time' is pure insanity.
You can try to undermine my decision all you want... I still feel he's a good president and North Korea could still work very well.

What specifically? Both are authoritarian so I'm curious what makes you say Bush is more like it.

What do you think if this article probably puts him on par with Trump?
Don’t Forget George W. Bush Had Authoritarian Tendencies, Too.
I thought that article had a lot of speculation. I think the main thing, and I will just summarize the article instead of making you read it, is that psychopaths are more willing to kill and torture more people to solve a problem than non-psychopaths. George Bush was willing to have a long and bloody war. Wesley Clark won a war very quickly by bombing a media outlet. Donald Trump wiped out ISIS but he did so quickly. Donald Trump says he might torture but I don't know that he does.

So the difference is that George Bush was much bloodier, in a nutshell.

But I need to say is that someone who affiliates with Raelians and who is aware of how much people fear death and torture I do not approve of any war. I do not like this one bit about Trump!

Yes, very specific. Well that's certaiy enough to convince me, sure.
Because of him we learned that when you lower taxes companies hire more and increase wages. Elon Musk said his tariffs with China are good because China has high tariffs with us. He has already succeeded with North Korea more than in a long time. Despite being a Republican, he wants some Democrat gun reform. He said he wants to work with Democrats on climate change. I don't approve of killing but he wiped out ISIS quickly. There were protests between white supremacists and others and he called them both out. He has decreased illegal immigration and increased pedophile arrests. He is helping the economy. Is that enough to convince you? Because I generally like everything he does as a president.
