Questions for creationists who ‘understand evolution’?

I cam almost guarantee anyone who understands evolution just face-palmed.

How were you born from your grandma, if your cousin is still alive?
Apes live in trees, a different niche to us, they have evolved differently.

See Chapter Two....Genesis.
A story of science and manipulation.

Warning! It involves genetic cloning...

And the amount of special pleading is amazing.....

One OEC says the same god used a standard blueprint that it used to create primates, it used to create humans....now this same god had to then use the genetic material of the newly created man to create a woman. Basically, instead of using the blueprint to create woman from the same Ape DNA it used to create man.....it had to jump through extra hoops to created the woman from ALL MALE DNA......

This stuff reads more like science fiction than anything......I see now where the Mormons and L. Ron Hubbard got their stuff from.....

I cannot believe that @Thief just said "And man among apes"...I didn't face palm but I definitely raised an eyebrow.

That statement alone proves you do not understand evolution and shouldn't even be in this topic. I do not mean to be rude, but the topic is for creationists who understand evolution. You clearly do not if you think we evolved FROM apes.

As I said, you could refute evolution in one day by finding the fossil of a bunny rabbit, or any modern animal, in the Precambrian. No one has made that discovery yet. Evolution has withstood the test of time, and of mankind.

Actually...I do understand....
But you're here in the evolution 'versus' creation category.

What did you expect?

You really think believers are going to abandon God because of some long winded evolution dribble?

Evolution is fine. I don't have a problem with it.

But to leave the Creator on the side lines for the sake of your say-so?
....nay.

If you really want to have some fun.....Read Chapter Two....Genesis.

Most creationist want to read it literally.
Let them.

Day One...Light
Day Two... Heaven
Day Three...everything that is green and bears seed.
Day Four...the seasons are set into order....the sun, moon, and stars
Day Five...everything that swims or flies.
Day Six...everything that walks...including Man

Obviously, there are some discussions to make about which items are out of order...some things need be in position before others.

Day Seven...all is created...God rests...no more will be created.

Chapter Two.
God takes a man and places him into ideal living conditions.
His life is greatly extended, as the conditions allow it to be so.
Nothing will harm him. He is sheltered.

This isolated living is terminal.
Without a mate, the man is doomed to a solitary life.
A deep sleep is administered.
A rib is removed.
The rib is increased to full stature as a woman.

What creationists don't like is hearing....
Adam was not the first man.
He was chosen.
He was cloned. Eve is his twin sister.
Eve had no navel.

So do you believe this literally, or metaphorically (not quite sure how you do that).

So you actually believe that a magical being, too a rib out of a first man (not accounting for any of the fissile or genetic evolutionary left overs), then created a rib into a woman.
Without any evidence, BUT you don't believe there is a secret wizarding world of Harry Potter?

Obviously eve had no belly button, nor did adam!
And this completely fails to explain where the X chromosome came from (wow i cant believe i just said that!).

I'm sorry, if i was an alien reading this, i would think you were insane. But I'm not, and i understand how you would be indoctrinated.

Anyway, why aren't you any other religion on earth (from tribal to scientology) they all have as much faith as you.

Not quite and you misread some detail.

The divergence of Man from the rest of the animal world has never been pin pointed.
And most people still lean to Man evolving form the ape.

All the while this science was developing....
religion has been pushing intervention from a 'higher life'.

Ironically...
Chapter Two reads like a science experiment.
Creationist fail to see this....they want their magical....
'presto, change-o...there he stands!'

I say Man was created by God.
It is the logical progression in the scheme of creation.
All that is...and no other 'voice'?
All that is and only one sentient Being?

Someone had to be First.

I call Him the Almighty.
I call Him the Creator.

Ape is a classification of hominid, not an individual species. Thus, we did not evolve from ape, but we are apart of the ape family. It's not hard to understand.

Also, why do you talk poetically.

And you find no distinctive quality that you are human?....really?

No wonder the next step up is beyond your belief.

Consciousness? Morality? These are all traits exhibited by animals the animal kingdom as well. There is evidence of morality in gorilla tribes, and dogs dream suggesting a subconscious at the very least. Dolphins can plan highly organized strategies, whales can speak...I mean...do you not see how we are similar?

Oh and good job on not mentioning that we are technically apes.

Go look in the mirror and call yourself an ape if you like.

Call yourself a chemical accident if you care to.

Then ask yourself if that sounds like a winning discussion.

Where did I say that? That's a horrendous strawman.

No wonder the next step up is beyond your belief.
Way to completely ignore the point.

So, for you it's not actually about what is true - but about what you feel comfortable with?

If you're happier believing that you're a special, magical being poofed into existence to serve as a sideshow attraction to some omnipotent cosmic fruitcake, fill your boots. But some of us prefer to accept reality rather than run from it because it doesn't suit their rose-tinted view of the world.

Again, we are apes, biologically. It's a classification of primates, and we fall into that category. Unless you want to flat out deny biological facts, then you look in the mirror as well and see you are an ape. We all are. It's a winning discussion because it's true. Flat out. It's not an opinion, it's a scientific fact. We are apes.

Talk about straw for discussion....

And cross breeding is fun?

Not that your soul means anything.....right?
