I was shocked with some of my results, especially with the conservative denominations! My top ten (although Unitarian Universalism is absolutely not Christian):

I took the test but when it showed I was more Southern Baptist than Mormon, I just laughed and closed it. Mormonism wasn't even in my top ten, and my #1 was Assemblies of God. How skewed is that?

I actually think the way the questions were worded worked against it being accurate for me. I think it's a safe guess that it was written by someone (or a team of people) whose background was in traditional Christianity, so as a Mormon, I kind of had to do some "translating" of the terminology before I answered each question. For instance, the first question asked something about believing in just one God. I voted "yes." I think that had I voted "no," that would have been a vote for Mormonism. To me, the statements didn't include enough detail to be meaningful.

My list was fairly accurate:

I actually AM Methodist, and I really like the doctrines of the Episcopalian Church, and would possibly BE Episcopalian if every E. Church I've ever visited wasn't so sparcely populated -with nothing but blue hairs.

The Methodist Church I attend has a "high church" feel - a nice emphasis on the liturgical year, the sacraments, etc. That's important to me when it comes to a sense of community with the saints - both past, present, and future saints.

As for 7th Day Adventists - seems that I recall a lot of legalism about dietary laws and worshipping on the Sabbath. Not sure how that got on my top five, because I don't agree with that sort of thing.

Assemblies of God - they have some cool teachings, but in my opinion some congregations get a little crazy and overly occupied with the charismatic side of things. Overall, though, most A o G people I've known over my lifetime are really great people.

Eastern Orthodox - I guess my love of tradition and "high church" practices is what threw this into the mix. After all, I am a former Roman Catholic.

I'm not a christian but I took the test anyway and Unity Church was #1 and Unitarian Universalist was # 2.

I am not sure I fitted into their scenario.
I think it is too USA based to fit UK thinking.
But I know I would not be happy in any of the top three.
Anglican at 4 was ok.

This was the absolute worst quiz I've ever taken.

My #1 was Seventh Day Adventist which is a bit off of the Dawn belief spectrum. Southern Baptist was #4.

This is why I remain non denominational.

Yeah, it's a terrible quiz... but it's fun nevertheless and always gives a reglimpsing or mini-evaluating of what we believe!
