Those Duas from Imam Zayn Abadin are so deeply meaningful and so immensely useful in one's devotional practice. Also his general theological and philosophical insight in those Duas (much like in the book of Psalms in the Tanakh, attributed to Prophet David) are groundbreaking to one's spirituality, and to one's view of life in general.

To you, because you are born out of clay of Ahlulbayt (a) and attracted to their light in illiyin, but to a lot of humans, psychology is more appealing and there is very little if any intersection between what Imam Sajjad (a) teaches and pscychology. They are polar opposites one might even say, but that is a topic in itself.
