Physical form and function permits the freedom to deviate from socially acceptable behavior. By genetic inheritance of intelligence, our ability to direct our behavior according to fundamental principles enables what can be perceived as characteristic of being human. There is no indication that a lack of intelligence necessarily results in socially unacceptable behavior however, but it can. This is the essence of the choice function of individual minds. The choice function is restricted by intelligence, enabling a lack of freedom to conceive what said intelligence prevents one from seeing or envisioning. By awareness enabled by cognitive capacity, a gifted individual can succeed in life and win over a relatively large number of less endowed members of the species. The connection one has to one's past self is via memory recording events in time. This is why redemption is a must and a worthwhile pursuit when one has ****ed up.

May I add that the feelings related to embarassment and those related to humiliation or social rejection activate different parts of the brain. The deep humiliation and social rejection activate that part of the brain that physical pain activates.

And yet there are those of us who take this would be shame and humiliation and turn it into empowerment. Some things are harder than others, but who's to say you can't even have fun with it?

It is intended as a foresight to the errors of man in living life.
Can you prove the assumption of free will in order to satisfy your claim? How do you reconcile that we are "hardwired" to conform to the herd, that much of "us" is influenced by culture, and that other animals are capable of what you claim makes us human?

I am partial towards free will but don't genuinely believe in it. Although I believe In God. I think that we are limited by a set number of choices and that everything is predetermined. Except at the microscopic level.

How do you reconcile that we are "hardwired" to conform to the herd, that much of "us" is influenced by culture, and that other animals are capable of what you claim makes us human?

I accept that other animals are capable of what I claim makes us human. But speaking specifically of humans, conformity to the herd is a powerful natural instinct and our instincts have supernatural consequences when "carried" over to the world of God in the event that we transcend the world of blind nature (a world that I have gone beyond a number of times). Therefore the idea that we are simply animate automatons with instinctual drives and passionate feelings does not completely describe us. We have higher consciousness with mysterious supernatural properties that allow us to interact with God.

The one where it relates to what I said.
Yes. You brought up the stuff in our brain in reference to how social rejection activates the same parts of the brain that pain does, and it can be painful. Though that is a scientifically established fact that applies to the general population, going against these norms and getting dirty glares can be fun and empowering. An example, where I live action role play almost everyone is mortified over the thought of going in public in costume. That I know of, there are two of us that are just fine and dandy with running to the gas station or dollar store in costume. And why shouldn't we be? It's who we are, it's what we do. We embrace ourselves rather than letting our passion bring us shame.

When we make mistakes, the best we can do is to ensure they don't happen again, mitigate damage and try to solve what we caused. If something is already out of our hands, all we can do is not beat ourselves up over it.
