*nods* I had family join them as well. You have my empathy there.

One of my favorite new video game characters is Q from Armed & Dangerous. Random? No, it relates to tea, but it's random enough :p

My paps family all joined as well. Except for one of his brothers and him. They were not allowed to talk to the others for like 20 years. Even when their mother died. It is sad, and is a big reason why I don't like the JW's. They break up families. That is just not something a religion should do, in any circumstance.

That's because we're such lovely people!
And we don't tend to headbutt the patrons.;)
I agree Aussies rank alongside the Irish for being almost Scottish and every bit as wild.

No headbutting? As far as cultural stereotyping goes, this is one of the more fun associations linked to Scots. I don't mean it's funny to think of, I mean it's fantastic try it! :p

My grandmother is JW, she doesn't seem like it though. She sends me presents for my birthday and we celebrate Christmas although she never asks for anything.

I talk to my dog..............well, she acts like she understands.
I talk to myself, and yes, I sometimes act as if I understand!:jiggy:

I sometimes have elaborate plays in my head that often involve me talking to myself. Ok, I'm going to really regret telling you all that aren't I?

My jaw is hurting to the point of making my ears hurt. :( I just downed 6 ibuprofen in hope that it would alleviate it some.

The doctors have told me it's fine to take up to 4, and you can take 6 every 24 hours. My jaw is just really hurting me; I can barely open it and it's constantly hurting. I've made sure that that's nowhere near the lethal dose, so it's nothing to worry about.

Edit: It has been hurting me for a good two hours before this. I try to resist taking any medication until I just can't stand the pain anymore. I usually let my jaw just ache and wait it out, but tonight it's really acting up.

I don't like taking any kind of pills , I don't even like aspirin. It's a kind of phobia.

And it has nothing to do with having to swallow them.:sarcastic

I wish I had a muscle relaxer about now! I have TMJ, and we're working on getting a splint so that I can't grind my teeth and trigger it. The cold weather triggered it this time, though, so I can't do anything other than take painkillers and wait it out. I imagine this is something like what arthritis feels like.

That sounds terrible. I hope you get your treatment all figured out. I don't think arthritis is that bad, I had it for a little while, and they're running tests to see if I have it again.

The dentist says he should be able to fix it with a few years of braces. I never thought I would look forward to having braces again, heh. :D It's really not that bad, it's just constant not-quite-sharp and not-quite-dull pain. Constant pain just drives me nuts.
