That's funny...at first...I thought it was George Eads in that picture and I was like...:bounce .

Then...I realized it wasn't and I was like...:( .

Anyhoo...Nutshell...I appreciate your Avatar for the artistic quality of it but there's something rather sadistic about it...but masks have always kind of given me the heebie jeebies...your Avatar looks like it might bite.

The mask is Guy Fawlkes, a British revolutionist who sought to blow up parliament in the early 1600's. He was caught and hung befofe the public. The mask is from the "V for Vendetta" story and believe me, this guy will give you the heebie jeebies.

For the record, my mask won't bite...
but, I might...:flirt:

anyway, nutshell's makes me nervous, because i don't know if its glaring at me sadisticly, or trying to be friendly....

All my shots are updated...so I fear not bites (except from scary masks).

Isn't Natalie Portman in that movie?:D

That is me in my Avatar. Thank you for being kind. I could think of quite a few nasty things to say about that particular pic.

I'm not the only on who finds that mask a little sadistic and creepy.

You know what's weird? I thought that too! And I also thought it was his drug stash....heee! Just kidding.

Dawny....I love the artsy feel in your avatar pic, and of course you look very attractive. ;)

Also...I really like Nutshell's avatar for that sadistic mischevious look it has. I find it kind of sexay!

I like the cartoon-monkey avatar better than the real-chimp avatar, Buttercup. :p Dunno why, just do. Maybe it's the banana...been on a banana jag lately (and I never eat fruit, maybe I've got a potassium deficiency lol).

I saw an ad on the tele for 'V for Vendetta' the other day, then had to come looking to see if nutshell's avatar was the same mask. I've been told that Hugo Weaving (aka Elrond from LOTR) has a great voice for being behind that mask (but will probably wait until it's on dvd to watch). And I agree with those who find it creepy lol. :eek:

Yay! I get to rate Bastet's avatar which is one of my top favs on RF....I just love the romantic feel of this picture. The colors are lovely and the detail is wonderful. A perfect 10 B! :)

Thanks for the compliments on my avatar. I get tired of having the same one after a few weeks but must have my chimpy in some form. The guitar one suited me with my love for music but wasn't very colorful. My cute purple chimp was animated by the gracious Jeffrey btw.

Ps....if all three of us thought MIke's avatar was some type of electronic torture device....we can't ALL be mad!
