Raunchy Rosie

Thank you Barbara Walters. Rosie thinks her views are the only ones that count maybe this will show her they don't carry any more weight than any one elses.

Rosie was this way before they put her on the show. I think it's the reason they asked her to do the job. Besides, ABC wanted Rosie to sign a 3 year contract. Rosie refused ans said she would only sign a 1 year contract and that is why she's leaving.

Besides, people watch these shows to listen to other peoples point of view. So why not put people on the show who have their own point of view?

Irene once said to Archie Bunker "thank goodness the Protestants have you!".....thank goodness the Liberals have Rosie.

You can tell, they all feel as bad as Barbara Walters did when she heard the sad news. My condolences to all Rosie fans, everywhere.

What was wrong with Rosie? I personally liked her and agreed with quite a few of her views.

Aside from her propensity for dropping the "F" Bomb in front of an audience of teenaged girls, mocking the Catholic church, mocking the Chinese language, spouting ridiculous, baseless conspiracy theories, and in general acting like a self-righteous buffoon, nothing at all.

Rosie has fans?

Man, thank goodness this woman is leaving. She is a hindrance to any cause she has and is just a plain idiot. Hopefully we won't hear much of her anymore after she's off The View.

So she dropped the F bomb. Who cares? Those few teenagers proably use that word more than Rosie.

People give words power.

I don't buy the whole thing with ABC wanting her 3 years and she wanted 1. I think that's just the story that is being spouted to make her look better. She is a loud-mouth, vulgar, offending, stereotyping (oh but goodness don't stereotype her:rolleyes: ), over-bearing woman who has tromped all over the View and over Walters. Watch that show and really pay attention. It's supposed to be about all these women and Barbara is supposed to be the lead. Rosie has all but officially taken over the show. She's loud and rude and runs roughshot over the other women. It's far past time for her to go.

Oh, and she certainly doesn't represent my point of view.

I couldn't have said it better myself. Thank you. Her behaviour disgusts me.

Well obviously her behavior doesn't disgust everyone because the rating for the view haven't been as high as they are when Rosie's on in quite sometime.

You don't even know her. You only know of her public side. She is paid to be this way. Did you ever watch her daytime show? Two different people.

Well I have a question and maybe I'll ask it out of ignorance. I don't really watch the view and can't really speak upon her daily behaviour on the show. I have only watched clips, and I can see that her views are opposed to the views of the otehr women on the panel. But ain't that the name of the show though? I mean so what if she has different POV's? Where would we be if we all agreed on everything? My question though is what is it about her POV's that has everybody's panties in a bunch?

yes i watched it, i loved her then

same person, different passions...things and people change

her show was around what? 98 or so? in 1998 i was a punk kid watchin MTV, now im a Minister working at a help desk, out of poverty, and have gone through 4 major religious changes in my life... thats a lot of changes in a short time. So the things she talked about on the view could be alot different than the things she said on her old show

I've only heard a few clips from her show. All of them I thought "People watch this?"

Rosie needs to get an education or at least become well read before debating politics. She is the most ignorant person I have ever seen who has an opinion on everything and will not let anyone else get a word in on The View. I wish Barbara Walters would slap the crap out of her.

Rosie has set the Gay and Lesbian community back 20 years with her ignorant rhetoric. Is she the best spokes person the movement can muster?

No kidding, you all need an eloquent spokes person.

Why do we need a spokes person? To argue for the rights we should already have?

Rosie has a right to her opinions just like everyone else. Just because you don't like them doesn't mean she is not educated.
