I would suggest Black Cat if you haven't seen it. It's the only anime I've watched after seeing clips on youtube and I really enjoyed it.
It's 24 episodes; the first 7 are excellent. my advice is to not watch episodes 21 to 24 or treat them as seperate from the rest of the series as the producers tried to cram a huge amount of stuff in them so the plot disintergrates and doesn't make a huge amount of sense.
