meh...i guess thats as close as i can get, the questions that were for paganism seemed dianic, not generally pagan.

Not sure how it is possible to score highly as a Satanist and an atheist. If you do not believe in the supernatural you do not believe in God or Satan.

There's something funky about this quiz that UUs would score so high for Islam. We tend not to believe that "revelation" is sealed, nor focus on revelation. We tend to value individual conscience more than submission to an external authority. Those of us who are theistic tend to focus on immanence, not transcendance.

And I can't figure out how someone can score high for both Buddhism and Islam. They are sooo different for each other.

I'm unsurprised by my results. The top two were Christianity and Buddhism. As an ex-Buddhist Christian from an eastern tradition, with its more mystical bent, that is exactly what I'd expect. Of course one does have to wonder at the use of such broad categories. I'm certain that I can find people in non-Christian religions that have more in common with me than people in certain Christian faiths do. The quiz is just way too coarse grained to be terribly meaningful.

I am surprised by mine; Hinduism (and buddhism) usually rank much higher - also the "nearest match" (on similar tests) has come out with U.U (and 67% Satanism just confuses me totally)

Ok yes it does seem silly and these are not "proper" satanists but it is a growing trend. The atheistic Satanism is known as "philosophical" satanism.

A friend of mine described this test pretty well. She said:

This is healing.
