I don't know what a god is.

That is 100% acceptable position . You would fall into the free religion category which includes O . All you would be required to do is live by a democratically agreed law based around the premise that cutting the leg off a table for fun is wrong not a nice thing to do to the table but is OK to cut the leg off a human for the same kick.

Ok, look at it this way: who decided that cupcakes=good, pencil in eye=bad? God or man?
Is an invalid line of thought ?
Sorry you been trying to make a distinction all this time?tryed to keep simple my apology .
Make it simpler , if it was happening to you which would you choose ?

How so? And you seem to be dodging my question. But to answer your question I would not be blaming God for your actions.

I think we've lost something in the translation.

I said was good and bad
You said was all subjective b.s
I asked you make a distinction , one which I clearly knew the difference.
Up to now you still can't decide , but was so simple for me not only would I not enjoy the pencil myself , the thought of doing it slowly to another also gave me the "willes" as well .
We can't even agree a simple premise like a pencil in the eye really fytd&£@D ! hurts .

Most deists would not set out to define god because they would gain nothing in doing so. Their idea is that god or gods do not care about humans.

Humans are the most precious commodity in the universe .
Do not care ,, to me is human words , king words, thought we was staying away from human trait words sorry.
Yet myself ever to date , have never met an impartial ,unbiased non differing human .

And that doesn't make it true, just because a majority believe in something...
No but it does make it dangerous even more so when there are divides , for myself is a question of , is it one god or none . O or 1 drawn towards 1 and don't know why ..)
I'm a believer all paths, tao leads to , your own name here , God ,Allah,YHWH,Moksha .
When I saw you SIG thought you might have insight .Was considering taoist yin and yang as the whole although balanced opposing forces is contained within a single element . Bit like how man was meant to be
Sorry to have bothered you thought you had taoist insight.
Apply the concept of two opposing forces yin&yang on an English word like Impartial is a complete balance
Thankyou !

Oh I do have insight. I have the insight of skeptics like Buddha and Epicurus- that the self is a construct that ceases at death, and we should appreciate and celebrate life totally. Life has everything we need and could want for.

Just to add: I reached that insight in meditation. I saw that the self is empty, and the factors that compound it.
