RF redirecting to www.aspiescentral.com

It happens to me when I use Chrome on my home computer, not at work. But only redirects me when I put in the home page address. That's invariable, but any other address within RF is fine.

It just started happening to me in IE and Chrome. I've had to resort to a TOR browser, and I don't know how long that will work.

Great, thanks guys. Looks like it really does only happen with specific browsers.

I tried with each of these browsers on my Android phone and switching from http and https (which was previously the issue with bookmarks) - this last time simply waiting for a while fixed it for me.

I've been thinking it is server related and when something changed with RF it kicks us over to aspies temporarily.

Try typing religiousforums.com manually after clearing the cache (including off-line) and the cookies.

My first thought was a malicious program hijacking your web browser, but if it's happening to this many people it may be an error in the forum software coding. It hasn't happened to me, but I also use NoScript and Adblock Plus.

Never had it happen. Short of an affirmative from the Admin's here I would lay the blame at your computer's browsers feet. Something is not right when you get redirected.

It happened to me earlier today, and I couldn't access the forum at all until I restarted my browser.

I use Firefox and it happened to me once but only when I clicked on the link on another forum. I then got redirected to aspiescentral. It never happened again. It's not the browser issue, either it's the problem of this site or that other website, I'm not an expert. However, Firefox is the best browser to get round websites' internal issues. I once posted on a site that had a lot of tech problems and it didn't work on any browser except Firefox and Tor. Personally, I think Chrome sucks. It gave me a lot of problems when I was using it.

I had the same problem. I could not get on this site with Chrome. (But I could with Explorer) I cleared everything and the problem was fixed.

I've tested this with IE, Firefox, and Chrome. It happened in all three eventually, and once it happened I wouldn't be redirected to aspiescentral.com until I cleared my cache/temporary internet files. Eventually, I would be redirected again, even when I used "private browsing" in IE or "incognito" in Chrome. The only constantly successful method I've found ever since this started happening is the TOR browser, a version of firefox that never stores history, cookies, or cache data in general (so it is like deleting all temporary internet files/cache data every time you use it).
