He was NOT defending Trump when he was defaming those women! He was defaming them as an integral part of trying to subvert an American election. That makes it even worse!People think that defending Trump is a priori criminal.

Whatever his past, it gives him no right to slander & libelGiuliani is a man who has fought and defeated the criminals.
You "would suggest" sounds like you might suggest, but aren't.I would suggest you to focus on Detroit.....
Says the guy from the region that gave us the Mafia.....who has given sanctuary to too many mobsters...instead of executing them.
God only knows what happened in Georgia.Whatever his past, it gives him no right to slander & libel
innocent people, causing them great harm. Or do you
believe that he really does have that right.
I doubt they were innocent. As NYC mayor, he fought innocent people using criminal
means, eg, the unconstitutional policy of Stop And Frisk.
You didn't know this?
Thanks to the laissez-faire in the United States certain rats were welcomed in your country.Says the guy from the region that gave us the Mafia.
Hypocritical whataboutism.
I think people who commit crimes are criminals.People think that defending Trump is a priori criminal.
Unlike your God, the courts in GA objectively exist.God only knows what happened in Georgia.
It doesn't surprise me that someone from a countryI doubt they were innocent.
Italy sent the rats here. Thanks to the laissez-faire in the United States certain rats were welcomed in your country.
Unfortunately the millions of dollars mobsters possess, open every door in the US...
Zero tolerance for the criminals. It doesn't surprise me that someone from a country
that loved both Mussolini & Hitler would believe
that cops should have the power to stop & frisk
anyone they want for any reason (whim, bigotry,
bullying, anger, etc) with impunity.
You & I have very different values about liberty
& governance.
Evidently they fled to the extremely liberal and libertarian USA because they were hunted down in Italy...Italy sent the rats here.
Absolutely.@Estro Felino....
Do you support Guiliani's policy of allowing cops
to stop & frisk anyone they want, without reasonable
articulable suspicion that the committed or about
to commit a crime?
Apparently not, if you believe that cops can abuseZero tolerance for the criminals.
I value honest businesses.
That's disgusting.Absolutely.
I wouldn't mind being stopped and searched by a muscled and tall policeman.
I doubt they were innocent.
With the same reasoning...do I have the right to think that Giuliani is innocent?Hey, "Jurist," in law, they are innocent until they are proven guilty.
A jury of his peers found otherwise. That is called living by the rule of law. With the same reasoning...do I have the right to think that Giuliani is innocent?
As the old saying goes, "Never let your mouth write a check your a$$ can't cash."It really isn't that harsh when one considers that
Giuliani did great harm exceeding his net worth.
If anything, he's getting off easily because they've
no way to collect all that he owes. Essentially, he
has that portion of his debt excused.
Also, the $2,000,000 that Trump owes him will
likely never be paid to the victims.
A good rule of thumb for life....
Never cause more damage than you can pay for.
It probably smells like corrupt old man farts
Giuliani is a man who has fought and defeated the criminals.
Well I do think the penalty should fit the crime. When will MAGAs start obeying laws?
Well these are civil litigations , not criminal in this case, but we went through the criminal stuff already in past threads so I'm not going to dwell on itI think people who commit crimes are criminals.
Like Trump.
And Giuliani.
Quite a lot of civil and criminal stuff to go through, isn't there?Well these are civil litigations , not criminal in this case, but we went through the criminal stuff already in past threads so I'm not going to dwell on it
If ever you’re on a jury making that decision it will mean something. As it is a jury that didn’t include you made their decision. And that’s what means something. Guliani made untrue statements and the lives of public servants were permanently damaged. He should have known better. His contempt for the law might have contributed to the penalty. He’s never apologized or admitted wrongdoing. MAGAs need to learn that laws apply to them.Well I do think the penalty should fit the crime.
