South Africa demolished by the yellow tide that is the Australians.
First time South Africa has been held to a zero score against Australia. Very poor rugby allround but pathetic rugby by South Africa.
Ref had a poor game also. So all things said, well done to Australia and hard work for South Africa
Hopefully All Black vs Boks will produce better entertaining rugby.

There is so much strife going on here about the team not having enough black players in the starting line up. Jake White is said to be signing a coaching deal with England to start after the world cup. He is our best coach since 95. So to have him in doubt is a huge worry for us.
If ever there was a time where the All Blacks could destroy the Boks and take the tri-nations without any losses it is now. They are smokeing!

South Africa make 5 changes to the team that was crushed by Australia the past weekend. New Zealand make 8 changes.
I think both teams are looking to the world cup to get their combinations right.
Anyone from NZL know what the weather will be like? We were told cold and wet.

Okay then Butch James will be our Fly-half. Experct a direct running game. Percy Montgomery will try kick like he always does and probably mss it up again. I have no clue why he's in our team. We have a guy called Brent Russel who is electric but a little light. Our one wing Breyton Pulsa can kick better than percy. So who knows. If I was NZL I would pepper percy with up and unders just outside the 22. He is useless at high balls.
Our linouts will be a little weak with the exclusion of Bakkies Botha. And our breakdown ball will be rubbish without Schalk Burger.
So all in all we'll have to see if the combination of James (10) and Du Pree (9) works.

Ohhhhhh. So close and then one mistake goves Australia the game. One thing for sure though. Australia and New Zealand know they are in for a match in South Africa leg of the tri-nations. New Zealand look set to take this tri-nations series again. And they would be fit champions.

It would be nice to have a top 3 tournament. Very similar to the tri-nations. But maybe have a cut off date to determin the rank. This would be one heck of a battle. World Cup is nice but honestly, teams like the current top 3 don't really show their true potencial until they play eachother. Then the big boy stand up and play and the little children watch from the sidelines.
This would mean (sad look) that All Blacks, Aussies and the French would play eachother. Sounds like a good matchup.
