Russia, China, and Iran hold joint naval exercises in Gulf of Oman

Well, they're going on exercises, so we're going on exercises, too. China and Russia have had a number of joint exercises in recent years. They seem to be getting more and more buddy-buddy.

I also recall a recent report by military experts which suggested that if the US had to fight both Russia and China, we would lose.

This leaves us with two choices: Either we have to bolster our military to several times what it is now (putting the country on a total war footing), or we should stop saber-rattling and let the rest of the world solve its own problems.

How about we get Trump to pressure our NATO allies to beef up their military spending to the levels they agreed to.

No shots were eve fired between us and Russia during the time. I can tell you from experience that the Russians didn't mind playing "chicken" with our aircraft carriers.

I know, my entire military career revolved around training to kill "Ivan" until after the fall of the Soviet Union, what I am talking about is all the wars by proxy the West and Russia, China etc. engaged in in numerous countries and continents. South America, Southeast Asia, Africa etc. So to me though we may not have been directly fighting we were fighting for control and influence using others bodies, at least that is the way I see it.
