If the UN cannot prevent the war, it should at least help in relief efforts and try to evacuate as many Ukrainian civilians as possible so as to limit the casualties which has already crossed 8000.

Also how do we deal with the likes of nuclear armed Russia, America and China who marches into war at will without any restraint !

Doubtful; Thor doesn't greet the dead and Odin greets half of those slain in battle. Most have their final rest not in Asgard, but Helheim.
