You are correct in that it is no sacrifice. To sacrifice something means to give up something precious to you. How precious are the aborted to those aborting them? Not very, I would imagine. It is no sacrifice.

I don't think that's always true. I know for a lot of folks who take that option, it is an agonizing decision, but is far less traumatic than going through with the pregnancy.
