I think she's talking about as children grow up into adulthood, that they should know they have the right to have sex with whomever they choose, based upon consent . Let's face it here, we're not teaching children sex ed so they can have sex as children. Rather, we're teaching it to them to prepare for life as they grow into adulthood and beyond.
