They managed not to 6-3 one!
A 5-4 split where the three liberal justices were joined by the swing vote (Roberts) and only one conservative (Kavanaugh). The rest of the conservative justices once again voted as predictably as clockwork, indicating prioritization of political affiliation over the law and people's interests.
The SCOTUS majority really are going to keep being a dangerous source of injustice as long as they are so steeped in rigid fundamentalism and political extremism.

Don't worry: the 6-3 clique will show up again in no time. Just tune in for upcoming rulings, preferably ones involving religion!
