Let’s say (for example) my views includes socialism, pacifism, and a who bunch of other “isms” that I find good, but does not include theism Why pick the one ism that describe the negative (rather than all the other isms that describe the positive), and call that my worldview? IOW why not call it a socialist worldview, or pacifist worldview etc.?

Who's picking just one? All the applicable labels apply. The label that's most important will vary by context.

But if atheism is such a non-issue concerning my views, why make it the center point of my world view?

Who's doing that?

Why not pick something that is far more important to me than imaginary creatures that rarely cross my mind, to be the name of my world view?

Indeed. That's why if I'm asked what my worldview is, I'll usually describe it in terms like "freethinker," "skeptic," "humanist," etc.

The only time the term "atheist" really comes up is in conversations with theists who find my lack of belief in gods important because of their worldview.

Atheism isn't the focus of secular humanism. It isn't even a requirement or even particularly helpful.

Atheism is a personal matter that doesn't and can't really have much of an impact on larger society.

Secularism, skepticism and laicism are not atheism.

In that case it cannot be the default position of man; any idea when it surfaced/popped up , please, right?

It is not a "default position". Humans have been overwhelmingly theist since their beginning, and this aspect of their world-view has permeated their cultural/political interactions, accordingly. "Secularism" only became an idea as a reaction to that religious/theist influence on our cultural interactions. "Secularism" is the conscious intention to set this theistic/religious influence on civil culture aside. Mostly to avoid the conflicts of interests that these tend to generate.

'Secular Humanism' specifically chooses to avoid that theistic/religious influence on culture (and each other) while maintaining a focus on the well-being of humanity and the humans involved in the culture at hand.

Secular humanism is a philosophy that rises to the level of a worldview:
Ontology: only the natural world of energy and matter exists/the universe is self-existing
Epistemology: the only ways to reasonably determine truth is through scientific method and flawless logic
Axiology: don't harm others and work to make the world a better place for all.
