Big Queer Chesticles!
I have a fair bit of stuff going on at the moment. Stuff with my relationship and a lot of stuff happening with my family. It has been suggested that I shield myself and all that related stuff to protect myself from the stuff and emotions that will be flying around (as I tend to get over emotional and sometimes empathic) etc.
Where should I start? Anybody have some effective methods they have used or any suggestions?
