Truly, my first thought here is "some idiot is inevitably going to conflate this group with Nordic-inspired contemporary Paganisms like Heathenism and Asatrú," and then "these ain't no soldiers of Odin."

Yeah and Odin was not known to be a god in the Finnish native religion before Christianity. It's a wonder how they came up with the name.

Oh golly, yet more racists polluting the Nordic custom with their garbage fvcking ideology. Maybe the "best" part of this is that Finnish culture is not traditionally Germanic or even Indo-European, in fact completely unrelated to the other Nordic countries. These would-be nationalists know nothing of their own heritage and instead bear the name of their foreign conquerors' chief god. Needless to say, I would not show frið to any heathen who supported chumps like these guys.

Yep. These guys don't seem to know about their own heritage. Choosing an English name for their group and a Viking god just seems something they did to be cool.

You people realise that Finland has a ethnic Swedish minority which is also the biggest minority in the country, right?

Just sayin'.

Where this group was founded 0,1% of population are Swedish speaking. The group and supporters are most likely all not Finn-Swedes. Finn-Swedes tend to be liberal and pro-immigration.
