My dad said if jesus could give you 99% of god's power you could be all knowing.all powerful.And every were.And all benevolent.Is that true?Like in bruce almighty?:)

If you only had 99% of G-d's power how could you be 100% all powerful, 100% all knowing, 100% benevolent and 100% everywhere? Is this the new math?
