The wonder and awe of "all things".
While the verse quoted is about the afterlife outcome for a person, after this life...what is a spiritual death? losing one's mind to reason? or denying unconditional love?
Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
One can be 'dead' here and now, living a half alive life.
In the Parable of the Prodigal Son, we learn from the great Teacher how pursuing a version of the seeming fun life that some of the world advocates is often an empty illusion (the illusion is about what is truly good, truly enjoyable, life enhancing).
And that only when we turn back to the source of what is true good can we recover the better life of being fully alive here and now.
Bible Gateway passage: Luke 15:11-32 - New International Version
While some choose to live a very poor quality of life like the Prodigal Son did, there are also many that simply live in a half-alive way, not realizing what is so much better, a kind of birth right they left and forgot, or had hidden from them by the culture of the world in youth sometimes.
