Strange dream

I'm not sure if this is supposed to be one of those things that you don't tell people but it was strange and worries me a little so I would like advice.

So the dream went like this I was in a hotel with my family we had just gotten lunch like an hour ago. We were packing to go back home. In my closet was a murti I have never seen nor do I own, it was of Genesha and Hanuman holding hands with their hands up in the air. Well when I removed them their shadow stayed imprinted on the wall. When my family said they wanted to get dinner I protested saying "WHY we just had lunch an hour ago?" They told me since we were leaving and there weren't many places to eat on the way there it would be better to get food now. When we went outside I was putting things away in the van and had the murti(s?) on the trunk but they had lowed their arms and their heads like they were sad or had lost all power and gave off no shadow. I woke up after that. Yeah weird and I have NO IDEA what it means, but for some reason it worries me:help:

I would interpret raised arms as an indication of presence and recognition and the arms lowered as neglect, more sorroful human sentiments of vulnerability. but at a talk i went to yesterday they explained that the devas are able to make themselves vulnerable and come into a physical form for us to care for. Maybe they had become present in a form for you that was not recognized.

this dream is a blessing

Apparently dreams doesn't mean anything. Bad dreams and good dreams both are good and result in the karma anubhavam! So if you dream about a god or a devil its all the same. The dreams come when you in nidra dasa. When you go to sushupti, then all the knowledge goes back to brahman and it is totally unconscious state. The second state were manas wanders is cause of the dreams! So dont get overjoyed or sad if you have good or bad dreams respectively. The only way to burn the Karma is to do everything as giving to god! Now a question for you, some dreams you forget and some you remember, why do you think it happens, the upanishads explain that too!

Vanakkam,

Some dreams are just dreams, some other dreams are way more than just dreams. You can tell often the difference, when it comes from you, or when it not comes from you.
I saw Mahadev in dreams, but they were just dreams. Meaning I was sleeping, my brain was dreaming.
I saw Mahadev in other dreams, and they weren't just dreams, it was more than sleep, as I was fully conscious, aware, all of that wasn't a product of my brain and mind. I wasn't coming from me. Not only. From me and from somewhere else. Maybe everywhere, I have no idea to be honest.
Those kind of dreams and gifts from the Devas, you should pay attention to them, never forget them.
Maybe you should ask directly Sri Ganesh and/or Sri Hanuman. It is for you, thus very personal. Surely linked to your personal practice, life, recent or future happenings, therefore I think a general interpretation without knowing all of this would maybe not be very accurate
