I worked both in a mental hospital and help run a residential facility for years. I can tell you stories you won't believe.
Please dont read this if you have a weak stomach it's gross.
I will tell you a odd story that I believe is one of the kindest but gross things that anyone has ever done for me. Its a true story. I had just bought my first new car. A brand new Jeep Wrangler, it was 3 weeks old. I was giving one of my all time favorite clients a ride in my new jeep. He was 15 years old and loved new cars. He was suffering ( and I mean suffering from psychosis from childhood ) He could projectile vomit at will. Some times it was done for fun and sometimes by accident. He was sitting in the back seat and I could hear him start to throw up. I yelled please not in my new car. I turned around just in time to throw up in his hands and then eat it and not spill any of it in my new car. I pulled the Jeep over and told him not to do that any more. Its not healthy Then I asked him why did he eat it. He told me he loved me and did not want to get it in my new car. To me this is on of the greatest displays of love that has been offered to me.
