Tawrat and Qur'an Alone

I will first admit I'm very naive towards this subject so spare me.

Anyway, I know Sunnis and Shias and every other Muslim out there believe that the Tawrat(Torah) was altered over a period of time. What is the basis of this claim? Is there any proof of this in the Qur'an? Objectivly can we prove that the Torah has been altered over time?

Peace!

jeremiah 8:7-9 says that the torah has been modified. this should be enough by itself.
that is not from the quran, but it is a teaching of a prophet in the old testament, a teaching theoretically accepted by jews, christians, and muslims. jews and christians should also accept that the torah has been altered, unless they believe this passage was an alteration:

"Even the stork in the skyknows her appointed seasons,
and the dove, the swift and the thrush
observe the time of their migration.
But my people do not know
the requirements of the Lord.

“ ‘How can you say, “We are wise,
for we have the law(torah) of the Lord,”
when actually the lying pen of the scribes
has handled it falsely?
The wise will be put to shame;
they will be dismayed and trapped.
Since they have rejected the word of the Lord,
what kind of wisdom do they have?"

It is openly said in Qur'an that Torah has been changed also there is a part about the change, if you would like to learn I need to translate it and would be pleased to answer back if your aim is learning what you dont know..

The quran mentions manipulation in various ways such as false informants to those who are not informed in chapter 2.

I do not think the tauraat of the quran has anything to do with the Torah of the Jews. There are some quranists who believe that.

The Koran teaches that with time the Old Testament (Torah) and New Testament(Gospel) were altered and that the Koran is the final message to humanity.

Why would GOD let scriptures become corrupt and send others to supersede them? Though this may have many purposes (like different laws) it is a TEST for the people. We see that those who did not receive the Koran personally might reject it out of jealousy, while those who did receive it may get arrogant thinking that they were "the chosen" people. Oddly enough, the "chosen people" throughout history, though they received Scriptures, happened to also be denounced by those very scriptures. This is why GOD tells us to "debate in the best possible manner". We have to realize that without GOD's guidance, any person could've been as ignorant as the next, and if someone were to receive the truth, they should not belittle those who haven't, they use to be just like them.

There are also many studies of scripture that show contradictions meaning that it could not possibly be the purest form of the Scripture as it was delivered originally.

Please see this article for more information on corruption in Judaism, specifically the Talmud.
