I would not believe it without searching about it more. Dit it really happen? If yes, were the victims truly civillians or not. It might be works of one of the militias which fight against extremists like ISIL and such. Even sunnis formed millitias like "White Shrouds" to fight against them. As I said before, the ME is now in chaos, no thanks to the meddling of superpowers. But, it will end one day inshaAllah.
