My twin visited this year on May second our birthday. She brought her awesome fiance. The three of us went to an antique shop. It ended abruptly but we all had fun. She said she and her fiance will visit again soon. I can't wait. I love my twin sister

That's sound alike you guys had fun :). I just had my birthday this month too. I kept it low key, and just went out to dinner and watched a Movie.

I talked with my older sister on the phone. Shes not blood related but we are siblings don't let anyone else tell you different. We both agreed her child could call me Bibi. A gender nuetral alternative for aunt/uncle.

That's awesome. Glad you got to talk with her. I called and spoke with my younger brother yesterday, which was his birthday. He just turned 23 this year.

I started college!

Woohoo!

Sitting on the veranda in the shade from a glorious warm sun in an azure blue sky, not a cloud in sight and a gentle, cooling breeze blowing.

Hubby by my side, the children out exploring the forest.

Chirping of birds and a woodpecker in the forest, bees buzzing around the lavender.

Peace rules this little corner of the world.

One of the good memories i have repeating itself at this moment.

That sounds lovely.

Last week we held an international BBQ ostensibly for French and German neighbours. Though throughout the afternoon we had Dutch, south African, American and Canadian visitors.

That's sounds like a lot of fun. I love BBQs. I try to as often as I can, whether permitting.

It was funny cuz I video chatted with her prior to her visit and I said to staff while she was on the phone: My sis is coming to visit for my birthday. And my sister went: MY??? You mean OUR!

I'm never gonna live that word mistake down. She'll never let it go I'll probably hear about it each year now
