That question about men, women, identical jobs and payment.

I never said I did not want to talk about any of those issues. I said I was not asking about them. If I wanted to discuss them, I would ask about them on a different thread, but on this thread I am asking the question that I am asking, not a different question.

In which jobs are men paid more than women for doing absolutely exactly the same work?

I am not asking about jobs where men are paid more on average than women.
I am not asking about jobs where men and women do similar, but not 100% identical, jobs.
I am not asking about different things men and women spend their take-home pay on.
I am not asking for a sermon on feminism.
Do men and women do exactly the same in any job?
Their job title may indicate that they have the same kind of job. But is it identical?

Control-room technician in a nuclear power station, line worker, tax accountant, train driver?

To all intents and purposes, they look as if the job would be exactly the same whoever is on duty at a given time.

In regards to your original question: "In which jobs are men paid more than women for doing absolutely exactly the same work?"

There may not be any such jobs that would fall within those exact parameters. So, the answer to your question may be, "There aren't any such jobs."

If that's the answer, then what next? Where does this discussion go from that point?

I am fairly certain that even in Poland, not every single accountant earns the exact same amount.

So when two accountants are being paid differently, does that mean they are being paid differently for doing the same, identical job, or are they in fact working slightly different jobs?
