The 109 Races Of The Earth

In the OP, the link doesn't work, I get a 404 error. It may have worked prior when the post was first made, I didn't read it then, but it doesn't work for me so it is hard to put this thread in context.

But since this has taken on a general discussion of race, this is interesting and let me throw in my perspective but certainly only my layman observations, I make no claim of being factual in this matter as far as "evidence" and the scientific method.

As part of full disclosure, I am a "white" Hindu, my "ethnicity" is English (Anglo-Saxon-Norman), but really, it seems to me that most are a mix of many ethnic backgrounds. The further we go back into the hoary past, when populatiuns were much, much smaller, we find only a few, very few, "types" of humans and very few "ethnicity". Personally, I believe (for many reasons) that the first "modern" City, when humans left their wandering to become farmers and city people in an organized manner, organized roles in terms of priests, royals and warriors and police, business and crafts masters and farmers, and skilled organized labor and repair masters, and the first walled City and Temples for the Gods, was not in Mesopotamia or Egypt or Ethiopia, but rather in an area of India next to the Ganges, and the "first City" was Kashi Varsnasi in India. These same people are not far removed from the Mesopotamian, true Egyptian (who were not negroid), Euro, Iranian, Turk and so on. But these are really very approximate to ethnicity to use terms "Hittie" or "Turk" and so on. At the time the First City arose, it seems to me there were only six "races".

I am going to use "Western" terms, I am not sure they are the best terms to use, I may have to improvise. Within each "race" I do see ethnicities which each have valuable contributions but some may say "more intelligent" or "less so" but really it is different contributions and actually all humans are incredibly genius in intelligence, including the mind's power with spirit and calculative in nature but some values may make one lazy and not realizing one's ability.

So in that matter, then some call me a racist. All such generalizatiuns can be extremely insulting to many, in fact they indeed can be insulting but are only generalizations and there is variance at every dangerous step. For example, I would say Japanese are more "sophisticated" in brain "power" than Cantonese when it comes to refined blending of order. But this sounds racist. I think it is observable, but only observable in that all human minds are so powerful that even the most tiny variance can be detectable, that the actual variance between the Japanese and Cantonese in this manner is indeed small, but the mind can calculate it. For example, it is my observation that North Indians have greater brain power in math than Euros. But I should point out, the variance between the two is small, but all human minds are so powerful that they can detect this even though the gap is very small indeed.

Again, that may sound racist. But actually all I am saying is that all humans, their mind, is so powerful, these minds can detect even the smallest variances which actually become irrelevant in the bigger picture.

Back to the six races. In the modern times, l would mark that as over 15,000 years ago when these times started, at that juncture I suspect only six "races". As follows, again I am nervous using the terminology because some use the same words but the meaning is different.

(1) The "white" which would be peoples such as the Iranians, Rus, Semitic, North Indians, the Euros and Caucasus, Mesopotamians, true Egyptians, Arabs, what some call "caucasian".

(2) The "red" which would be the Chinese, Koreans, Japanese, Tibetians, Mongolians, what some would call "mongoloids".

(3) The "yellow" which would be the Khmers, Karens, Thai, Viet and others, Filipino, islands to the Pacific, there is no modern term but includes American Indians.

(4) The "gold" which includes Austroloids, pygmies, Dravidians, some areas of the many Indonesian chains but not Indonesians themselves (Indonesians are the "yellow").

(5) The "purple" which is Ethiopians.

(6) The "black" which is "Africans" up to the ancient term North Empire (the mozt southern parts of the Nile) or what some call "negroids".

Rivers are fundamental to our very being so long ago. Much older than imagined.

Rivers are our Mother. But watch. From the river will come the most dangerots reaper, which could be our doom, the disease. The river Congo is a likely river.

Outer beings including Gods, Demons, outer space peoples, mixed with humans.

We did not evolve from apes, apes did not exist way back then. However there were lemur like peoples who are our relations. In the far future, we will no longer be male or female nor will we have sex.

40,000 years ago, humans became forever linked with dogs as their partner. When humans travel far away to other worlds, the dog will go on this journey. One day, the dog will speak human languages.

If a Euro who has light pigment lives in Southern California or Death Valley for 2,500 years, their pigment will turn brown to fight skin cancer. It will not take a long time for this to happen.

I could be totally wrong in everything I just wrote. I admit that. Back a couple years, when arguing about "caste" (I am anti-caste) I found a very real study that showed the Brahmins sampled (so-called "highest caste" in a region of India) all had most "races" in their background including negroid. We are rapidly reaching a point where there will no longer even be one single example of the "pure" six races that were existing 15,000 years ago. We are all a mix, simply "humans". Good thing, too, because we need to be united when we fight the outer space Rakshasas.

This mix and it's pace is accelerating. I predict in another 160 years only, there will no longer be what we term today "race".

I also hope that 160 years from now, there will be no "pop-up" or "cover-over" adverts.

As to what the humans will look like when there is no more male or female, they will look like the Gods we see today. You pick your color, you can be any color. They may still look sort of male, sort of female, but they will all have "lotus eyes". They will look like the Gods, but still be "devotees" and not Gods. They will never be Gods. Not in the flesh. But they will be Gods in the Spirit.

Also, there are not 109 ethnicities, there are 108.

ShivaFan, I'm interested you group the Southeast Asians with the Native Americans, when actually the latter are genetically closer to the natives of Siberia.

I meant to retract this post a long time ago and am only now realizing I have left it up-with a useless link. I apologize for my mistake. (The link is still useless.)

Race exists, that's just a fact. Besides, if there was no such thing as Race then there is obviously no such thing as racism?

"Samuel Jared Taylor (born September 15, 1951) is an American journalist and an advocate of what he describes as "racial realism".[1] He is the founder and editor of American Renaissance, a webzine that has been described as a white supremacist journal and a "forum for writers disparaging the abilities of minorities".[2] Taylor is the president of the magazine's parent organization, New Century Foundation. He is a spokesperson of the Council of Conservative Citizens,[3] and a former member of the advisory board of The Occidental Quarterly. He is also a former director of the National Policy Institute, a Montana-based white nationalist think tank.[4]"

My idea of Race is Race is a meta-ethnicity. I.e, Latin Race (Spaniards, Italians, Sardians etc), Slavic Race (Serbs, Croats, Czech etc.), Germanic Race (Anglo-Saxons, Dutch, German etc.), and also on a broader scale, White, Black, Asian. The groups that cluster together.

A number of genes have been positively associated with the skin pigmentation difference between European and non-European populations. Mutations in SLC24A5 and SLC45A2 are believed to account for the bulk of this variation and show very strong signs of selection. A variation in TYR has also been identified as a contributor.

Research indicates the selection for the light-skin alleles of these genes in Europeans is comparatively recent, having occurred later than 20,000 years ago and perhaps as recently as 12,000 to 6,000 years ago.[17] In the 1970s, Luca Cavalli-Sforza suggested that the selective sweep that rendered light skin ubiquitous in Europe might be correlated with the advent of farming and thus have taken place only around 6,000 years ago;[36] This scenario found support in a 2014 analysis of mesolithic (7,000 years old) hunter-gatherer DNA from La Braña, Spain, which showed the version of these genes corresponding to dark skin color.[37] In 2015 researchers analysed for light skin genes in the DNA of 94 ancient skeletons ranging from 8,000 to 3,000 years old from Europe and Russia. They found about 8,000 year old hunter-gatherers in Spain, Luxembourg, and Hungary were dark skinned while similarly aged hunter gatherers in Sweden were light skinned (having predominately derived alleles of SLC24A5, SLC45A2 and also HERC2/OCA2). Neolithic farmers entering Europe at around the same time were intermediate, being nearly fixed for the derived SLC24A5 variant but only having the derived SLC45A2 allele in low frequencies. The SLC24A5 variant spread very rapidly throughout central and southern Europe from about 8,000 years ago, whereas the light skin variant of SLC45A2 spread throughout Europe after 5,800 years ago.[38][39]

Nobody can honestly tell me that he/she doesn't look at an Asian person and know that he is from, say, Japan. Did you watch the video?

Um, I honestly can't look at an Asian person and know that he is from Japan. Statistically speaking, an Asian person is mostly not from Japan. There from any number of places considered to be borders which make up Asia.

Wouldn't DNA mapping provide a better picture?

Of course it would.
